Well I've had my end of the first month appraisal interview at work. I'm doing fine it seems which is a relief. I now have to sign up for about 5 management training sessions starting next month - fun things like appraisal training. I also have to write a short piece about myself for the staff bulletin, & get the other new people at my library to do the same & send off together with pics of the 3 of us. Also email the academic staff at my site to introduce myself.
