so i got to be a giant maple leaf dancing on the back of a flatbed truck for a 15 minute parade in bennington. for this priviledge, i stood around in the rain getting periodically shouted at by my crazed ex-dance-professor for 2 HOURS. guh.
but, that does make 15 autumns of leaf appearances in the 18 autumns since i started at bennington. one year i was a witch and two years i couldn't make it to vermont. it's a pretty solid record, man.
