Madness in the Great Ones
Ok, whose bright idea was it to write, film, and otherwise create a mockumentary in the four weeks before Christmas?
I've given up so many of my lunch breaks that I can't remember the last time I ate lunch at my usual time.
I haven't watched the last two Linkara videos because I haven't had twenty-minutes to spare, even for LINKARA. (Think about that for a minute!)
I haven't worked on any slash in so long that it's making me sad.
Formatting SUCKS. People are EVIL. I WANT THE POWER TO ORDER OTHER PEOPLE AROUND! I AM THE MASTER AND YOU ARE THE SUBORDINATE! MUAH HA HA ... *breaks down into tears*
There wasn't a single minute today that my brain wasn't buzzing.
Also, I managed to finish a book that was so good it was making me stay up hours past my usual time of sleep. Evil Genius, by Catherine Jinks. Highly recommend it, but only if you AREN'T BUSY WITH SIXTY-THOUSAND OTHER THINGS because it will DEPRIVE YOU OF YOUR MUCH-NEEDED SLEEP.
Also, many people involved with this movie seem to think that I'm the one in charge. Apparently I give off that vibe. Joy.
Somehow I got paired with a bombastic person who can't seem to stop talking and a Twilight-fangirl. They're actually really nice people who I enjoy hangning out with, but working with them is beginning to try my frayed patience.
Yesterday I had to run into the art closet to scream and stomp around a bit, lest I feel the urge to hit someone upside the head with something large.
Today I started singing 'Mark It Up' and envying Luigi. (Please don't think about that too much ...)
I have one teensy monologue (for myself) to write, then a scene to format, then a couple scenes to fix formatting issues in, and then I will be DONE. WITH. THE. DAMN. SCIRPT!
Praise be to Apollo!
(Don't expect to hear from me regularly until sometime next week. There is SO MUCH GOING ON. MY BRAIN. IT HURTS. All of my creativity has been sucked out with a vaccum cleaner!)
