how many people think that managers should be more responsible than the crew members?? raise your hands if you think this is true...well I think it is too...but obviously Tony, a manager that i work with doesn't think so. he is late everyday. he was supposed to be in at 9 yesterday...he called at 9:55....said that he would be there in a few minutes...he lives fricken 5 minutes away..he didn't show up untill 11...WHY!!!! he had to take a shower, and do his hair...IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE LATE TO WORK, WHY IN THE FUCKIN WORLD WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR TIME TAKING A SHOWER AND DOING YOUR HAIR WHEN YOU WORK IN A GREASE PIT LIKE BURGER KING!!!! then he finally came in, and I was pissed. so i walked into the office to put something away and then I slammed the door shut. he came out saying "don't start that shit already" I was like "tony, you live 5 minutes away, why in the world did it take you an hour to get here?" he had nothing to say to that, but he did call me childish and immature...WAIT, I'M THE CHILDISH AND IMMATURE ONE, WHEN EVERYTIME HE IS LATE OPENING, THEY ALWAYS CALL ME, TO COME IN FOR HIM, AND I DO!!! that makes me childish??? hmmmm I guess our def. of childish are very different then..
well this morning, I wasn't supposed to work. I had today off. well, Jessica, the crew member who opened with tony today called me at 7 and told me tony was there yet. so I threw on my uniform, grabbed to mismatched socks fromt he basket, brushed my teeth for like 5 seconds, didn't put on deodarant, didn't brush my hair, didn't put my contacts in, and threw on my shoes. and I was out the door. DID I TAKE A SHOWER AND DO MY HAIR NICE!!! NO. and he thinks that I'm the childish and immature one!!! I don't think so.
well, he has a history of changing his time to make it show that he was at work on time. he better not do it for yesterday or today. I WILL be calling the store manager to let her know.
he offered to let me leave early yesterday, and clock me out at my scheduled time to leave. I wasn't supposed to leave until 1:30. he told me I could go home at 1 and he would clock me out at 1:30. NO THAT IT STEALLING COMPANY TIME!!! I am not going to do that.
I was soooooooo pissed off yesterday when he came in 2 hours late. I was sooo pissed that I was shaking and almost crying. and I don't say the word pissed so that's another clue that I'm really really ticked off. I'm ticked off still. I can not believe him!!
O and get this, last friday, for about 20 minutes, he up and left, didn't tell anyone he was leaving, didnt' tell anyone where he was going. I was walking in, off the clock, to get a drink, as he was leaving. he left with a store full of minors...CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT!!!
ahhhhh I'm soooooo PISSED right now!!!!!!
