Just My Luck

In health class we had to make a healthy change for a project, I set the goal to run a six minute mile. I know, really stupid and basically impossible to do. Well anyways, I've been training up a lot, and running even a couple of times a day. My legs started to hurt after several weeks of running but I brushed it off that I was just starting to really exercise. But I learned today that I have pretty bad shin splints. WHICH SUCKS BY THE WAY. Cause with early signs of shin splits you are supposed to stop, but I've been running on them for awhile, and they've gotten bad.

BUT I CANT STOP RUNNING! I NEED TO MAKE THE GOAL! INFACT, I HAD MY BEST TIME TODAY EVER EVEN WITH THE PAIN!

So im supposed to just stretch more to build up the muscle in my calf.

Whatever, today i ran the mile in 6:40. I know its still not anywhere near my goal, but its almost a minute faster than when i started like two months ago.

Wish me luck, me in the meantime, I'll be running.

Get some sleep (my new catchy closing phrase)
