Marisol
A sari-sari store owning prophetess living in Manila. She misses God, Pprays the rosary but doesn't go to church. Makes a little
extra selling oddly effective anting-anting (charms, amulets).
Pele
The Hawaiian goddess of volcanoes. Thinks Kali is the only person talking any sense in this assembly. Misses Halema'uma'u. Arenal Volcano is a fine volcano, but it is not home.
Yofiel
An angel of the Lord. She wonders if she will lose Castiel the way he lost Anna. No one in the garrison says his name anymore, but Rachel seems adrift these days and Balthazar is increasingly prone to rash decision. Yofiel wants to tell them their brother is well, but instead she holds her own counsel,and is tender with them.
Nikolay
A priest at Trinity Church, Antartica. Avid reader. Sci-fi fan. Thinks Sergei is almost childlike in his innocence but the most interesting person to talk to in Bellingshausen.
Sergei
A young priest at Trinity Church, Antartica. He has become more quiet since he met Dean and Castiel. (His silences worry Nikolay.) Develops a habit of staring into the sky when it snows, as if waiting, listening.
Aphrodite
The Greek goddess of love, beauty and sex. Hates the Yankees. Loves tall white chocolate mochas with an extra shot of espresso.
A/N; Aphrodite appears in perhaps all of two sentences in the fic. Built up over gchats between us, she became somewhat of a legend. Our headcanon is thus: Aphrodite is a bit of a hippy, she flunked out of art school and now runs a soap shop. A diehard Sox fan, she has a bitter rivalry with Athena (an equally diehard Yankees fan). She has become Castiel's Boston best friend.
