Out of the Mountain is incredibly atmospheric Dean/Cas vid, it has wonderful editing that draws you in and keeps you hooked till the very end and there is ample eyesex. Plus the music is simply fantastic. There's literally no excuse for not checking it out.
callistosh65 's Until it All falls Down (NC-17, Sam/girl!Dean) is probably one hottest, sweetest most wonderful Sam/Dean fics I've read in a while. The smut is undeniably hot but it's the relationship between brother and sister than shines through the most. Callisto's writing is sharp and witty, the characters are portrayed vividly with humour and love. It's rare to find a girl!Dean fic that feels exactly right but who is her own person, Callisto's Deanna is exactly that. An unmissable read.
yellow_pomelo 's The Real Thing ( girl!Dean/Cas PG-13) is funny and warm with some really wonderful observations and lines. The author subtly explores how different life would've been for Dean had he been a girl, regarding everything from her relationship with Sam to make up. Cas with his wariness of burgers and his love of milkshake and the often hilarious impressions he gives is similarly portrayed with a lot of affection. Dee and Cas' slowly blossoming romance is a joy to read.
