While I found Cobb a bit of a dick overall, I'm still glad DG stopped him from shooting himself since it actually wouldn't be the kick he would expect it to be. Also that Cain didn't happen to wander by while Cobb was still armed. ;)

We-ell I figured he's uber sensitive now that he's got his kids back. Plus he's tired and cranky. In the in-my-head story, he's much more biddable (and vulnerable) now that he realizes he isn't dreaming.

Of course now that you've mentioned Cain, my muse wants to write this whole massive super-collider thing w/Cain popping in and taking offense and ruffled feathers and I'm-too-old-and-tired-for-this-crap which could come from either of them...

*stops, takes several deep breaths...fans self* Er, but I don't think I'm going to write more. But, did you like it? It sounds like you're meh about it, which is of course your right as a reader. I admit, it's pretty random.
