like seriously from paragraph one there was so much i wanted to quote back and then halfway through i realized i was thinking of quoting back practically the whole fic. but wow this just. gah i loved every damn bit!
Jonghun laughed, but it wasn’t funny. “I know what you mean, but this is our contract.” He twisted his body around and rocked back on his hip to keep balance. “As long as we do what they say, we can be idols. Rockbands don’t do well in Korea, it’s too much of a financial risk.”
Jaejin got to his feet, shaking out his arms. “I know, but we could go to Japan, or something. Start our own band, make our own music, be real musicians, you know?”
i feel like that right there describes the whole fic in a nutshell. i always love how you portray your characters and jonghun in this was just so, so good, as were everyone else!
Seunghyun laughed, but he was quickly distracted when jam fell off his toast into his lap. “Aw dammit.”
i laughed aloud at that! it's little insignificant lines like that that pull your fics together!
