I've been livejournal poked. I guess that means it's time to return to my internet life. I hope you have all been well. It's nice to see you again.
I'm in West Virginia now and the semester is over and some people graduated and I did not and now I am being a couch bum.
Life has been a rollercoasterish blur. Here are some things that have happened.
I went to a baseball game. Cleveland Indians v. some other team. And, you know, baseball makes me so sad, because the team that I cheer for always loses. They become doomed. Not once have I been to a baseball game where my favorite has won.
I saw the the grand finale of American Idol. And bleh. The finalists were soooo boring. Boring boring. They bring nothing new. Just boring. The girl? Completely boring -- Kelly Clarkson version two point o. Taylor Hicks is boring, too. Except for his hair, which is unusually old-mannish. And I think that's why he won. His hair gave him +2 non-boring points. But shave his head, and he becomes uselessly boring.
I went to Putinbay, which is an island in lake Erie where people go to become drunk and then rent golf carts. Or vice-a-versa.
I went to Akron to see 20goto10 and Amy Kasio, who are both very cool. Also, I'd never really been inside the city, so I explored the cityscape with chris.
I went to Cedar point with Amanda and rode the merry-go-round and the Top thrill dragster. Both are very fun.
There is much more than that. But I'm leaving to go get some food.
Before I go, I'll tell you to be on the lookout. I'm starting a photo blog! A few weeks ago I purchased an adventuring camera with the goal of taking one picture every day. The plan has been working nicely. I have a backlog of pics. Now, I'm looking for a way to present them. I know I can open a simple photobucket/whatev account, but I'm not sure about how much those can hold. I imagine posting (ideally) 365 pics a year, I'd eventually run out of space. Anyways, the blog will probably be up soon. The sooner the better.
I'm also going to start a philosophy/thought blog by the suggestion of my advisor. Be on the lookout for that, too. These are my current projects. They're going to be fun.
