Glad to have you back Mr. Edgeworth. Katsura had been arrested for a brief period of time by forces outside of Brawl, but it appears that he is once again at large.

Only that he was arrested for, and I'm not entirely sure about this, prostitution.

He claims it was a flase crime, though I wouldn't put it past him.
