"So what did you do?" asked him. She blushed and looked up to the sky, with her hand under her head, lying on the grass
"I didn't do anything, what did you expect? Confessing?" she turned her head to him
"Maybe you're brave and crazy enough to do a confession to a boy," he laughed, made her hit his arm
"Yaaaa! Neomu apa, Jessica-ya!"
He knows that she just considers him as her sunbae, her friend -- or just as a close friend. A place where she could pour all her feelings, sheds her tears, or something like bestfriends usually do
But really, he feels something difderent whenever he's with her, just like now. He knows his feeling is wrong, he doesn't want their years-of-friendship ended just because of him. And now he feels that his heart is aching a bit
Yes. Jealousy is started to filling his heart
He hates how her eyes shine when she's talking about HIM, he couldn't help but frowning everytime he heard an excitement between her words
He hates the way she says that person's name, although that person is in the same group as him (and also is a hyung for him)
At the past when there's just the two of them involves in her --their-- world, nothing went wrong. But now, as someone else got into her world, he felt that he's left behind, his existence is disappearing from her mind
"Oppa? What are you thinking?" her voice made him back to the reality
"Nothing," said him, forcing a smile in his face, tried his best to talk with his normal tone. She shook her head and turned it, facing the sky
"You know," said her. "I feel that he doesn't like me the way I do,"
And so does my feeling, but he just said it in his mind
"If he doesn't like you the way you do, I'll punch him right on his face for you," he smiled
"Andwaeeeeee!" she pouted. "You don't have to hurt Heechul oppa for me!"
A minute of silence passed before she talked again
"Anyway, I'm so happy to have a friend like you," she smiled. "I hope we can stay like this forever,"
"We will," said him without hesitation
Right, he thought. It's better being like this. There's nothing that have to be changed, and nothing would went wrong between them
Just as bestfriends is the best choice. At least for now
