Two Weeks - Grizzly Bear from

I've been sorta taking a break from the internet for the last couple weeks (except occasionally while I'm at work, wishing I wasn't at work.) I need a change in routine to get stuff done, there's boxes to unpack and art to make and a comic to learn how to put together.
So far I've mostly just read more, played more games and watched more movies than normal, but that's kind of the plan too. Indulging in other peoples' creative output is one of the first things to go when I get super busy and stressed out. The highlights: Sacred 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Ponyo, JCVD, Dexter, Psych, Ryan Church painting dvds.
I'm settling into the new place pretty well, but there are still some things that need to be unpacked or moved to storage, and my bike is sitting in my living room 'til the construction completes. I'm already sick of maneuvering around things, so I expect I'll get the unpacking finished soon.
This weekend will be full up with birthday-related festivities, 'cause my friends are rad. <3 And next weekend is PAX, which, with the concerts and the company and the crazy schedule of panels, is shaping up to be the best one yet! (oh please let Assassin's Creed 2 be playable at the show :< ) And then I think my mom might visit! Yay for mom visits.
And in between weekends are a lot of really, really long days at work, because we're running out of time, and senior artists keep rage-quitting, leaving me and another guy at our Less-Than-Junior paygrades to pick up all the slack.
