$47,000 - seven to clear my debts, forty more to produce my script and make it a real, if low-budget indie movie. The reality show could not be any of those currently on, but would have to be Who Wants To Make A Movie? Instant producer, you get the cash, you cast it, you hire folks, you stay in budget and pull in more supporters.
Everyone gets a limited release of their movie - whoever's movie grosses the most wins. If a major studio wants to option it for a full nation-wide and international release, so much the better.
And if the winner's movie is highest gross but still flops, they get their $47k back.
