I totally recommend that y'all check out the graphic novel, 'Pride of Baghdad.' It is AWESOME. It's a bit graphic with blood and such - not a tale for little kids - and it's not a happy bouncy sunshine and rainbows story.. but goodness. It's.. wow.
It's inspired by the true story of a pride of lions who escaped the Baghdad Zoo in 2003 during an American bombing raid. The art is gorgeous. Seriously, guys.. if this sort of thing is at all up your alley, check it out.
