Now I really wanna smack Leah. I mean I get her point she made but, come on, can't she see that scaring Bella away from ever returning just hurts Jake more? This.
D'aw, just had to feel for Bella there, all she's done is exist to piss Edward off. Thankthankthankthankthankyou for making Lauren and Jessica not bitches. Merci. Lauren was more of a cardboard than a human-being in the books.
Ah, Quil, always the ladies man :) Poor Jacob, traumatised. Hope it'll be alright. Although, knowing Edward, it won't :/
I actually thought in the beginning of canon Twilight that it wasn't ridiculous for Bella to have dwelled on the Edward thing. I mean, dude she's never met acts SUPER creepy and clearly hates her on sight. That's the kind of thing that any teenage girl will take to heart. And here she's only 14 (almost 15, but still), so there's a lot of reason to be upset by it.
Lauren and Jessica... will still have their days. But they're still people, with their own issues and things to deal with.
Quil is fun. Jake needs snorgles. So does Charlie.
Still think that Bella was being silly, obsessively silly about Edward.
Practically everyone in there needs snorgles, 'cept for Edward 'cause he won't really feel it anyway. (But he does kinda need them -- I don't make sense.)
Oh, totally silly afterwards. I can just see being pretty upset about it the first day. But that might just be me. I always freaked out when people were angry with me. Still do.
Edward could even use a snorgle or two of his own, but he's not really built for them, no.
LOL. Okay, I'm seriously amused by your nibblet consumption ;)
Jessica's not the kind of girl I'd wind up being friends with, either, but I can see how she *would* be the kind of girl that would be nice to have as a friend. Like most people, she means well.
Seth would be a fabulous pocket pet. So would Quil. Want.
And yeah, Jacob's come by his bitterness honestly. Also teenage boys are not known for forgiveness, sense of proportion, or general understanding of the female mind.
After the last part I was like when-this-girl-is-going-to-stop-being-such-an-egoist-(if-ever). Now I'm not that sure what I think. Bella has her issues. She really does. Which of course does NOT mean her failing her friend is excused in any way. She did fail her friend. There are the consequences then.
Again, I can't stand 'flat' stories. And yours is everything but that. I love the way you write, it's so complex on so many levels. Life-like. Complicated, just like life is. Never simply black OR white.
Bella's got it rough. Little kids -- and older kids -- have a way of underestimating the impact they actually have on the world around them. They can hurt people really badly without ever realizing they have the power to do so. But, yeah, consequences to that anyway. It's how they learn.
Glad you like the complications :) This was meant to be a series of fluffy sorts of drabbles, but it didn't turn out that way. Oh well.

I never ever thought I'd day this but...poor Bella. Poor Charlie. I want to give both of them a huge hug.
I love that Lauren and Bella are friends. And Jessica! I always love what you do with her character.
Edward is a douche.
