This is the last one, I swear. I'm done after this. I can quit any time I want!

Sure, that's what they all say.

Though, now I'm left with the same predicament I had with "Postcards." How the hell can a coherent review be done? It's like walking up to Stravinsky and going "Hey, that 'Rite of Spring' thing? Awesome stuff."

Anyway, you write teenage boy thoughts extremely well. I loved Jacob's little internal debates with his sisters and the guys, especially the bits about needing to get pussy to be pussy-whipped and Jake staying a virgin and his ideas for how to kill Edward Cullen and if I continued to list the awesome, I'd probably wind up quoting the entire fic back at you.

Eep, definitely not Stavinsky. My guess is that Rite of Spring wasn't written as Stravinsky stood in the shower, trying to get baby spit up out of his hair. (Then again, it's always possible.)

Thank you! Boys always seem easier to write than girls... as a general rule, girls are fuckin' insane, whereas boys are straightfoward but kinda clueless. (Yes, that's a horrible stereotype, but in the realm of fictional characters it's usually true.)

Thank you! I'm glad Jacob was perfect -- the thing is, he's not that different from a character in another fandom I used to write for, and I felt like I kind of slipped into that other character's narrative voice as I went along (to my annoyance). I'm glad it was still okay, though that's something I really need to work on. (Well, I'd work on it if I wrote more fic. WHICH I'M TOTALLY NOT GOING TO DO. REALLY. ACK!)
