phone calls.
about six weeks or so ago, our phone company, sunrocket, went out of business. they were supposed to hook us up with another little startup vobb so we would have uninterrupted service. now, we have been without reliablephone service for almost two months. sometimes, we can receive incoming calls, most of the time, not so much. we can successfully make outgoing calls about 50% of the time we try. it is very frustrating. when i checked my voicemail today, it said "sunrocket voicemail" again, and there were a bunch of confused messages like the person leaving the message didn't know that they were being recorded. what a pain in the ass this is. all i wanted was to support the little-phone-company-that-could, only, they couldn't. now we're faced with the decision of which company to go with, what a hassle. not to mention we prepaid sunrocket for the year, and we'll likely never see that money again. such a drag.
