CHRISTMAS GIFTS!
I always jinx things for myself, and I bet I did it again! lol
Today i did sooo much christmas shopping. i lovvve buying presents for people. and i did NOT have any money, but i bought the cutest gifts which made me so happy because i was worried! Someone stole my ONLY $40 at a party the other night and it really sucked cuz i was gonna use every penny for presents! So i told my brother what happened and he came in the next morning and woke me up to tell me that he was leaving $20 and a $100 gift certificate to Barnes and Nobles for me! I told you guys he was the best brother! I told him not to do that, but he insisted. and later on he told me that it was because he felt bad because i worked so hard for that money so i could buy presents (and i did, its true! lol) and then he said he did it also because he knows how crazy my parents have been lately because they dont know who i'm going out with all the time and they've just been flipping out about that. so he didnt want them to hear that i got my money stolen and then freak out even more.
so this is what i bought:
for KRISTIN (my brother's fiance)---- 1.) a really cute purse thats usually $100 and i got it on sale for $5.99!!! 2.) a really cute cuff bracelet from forever 21 because she loves the accessories from there and 3.) a super cute black halter with black sequins across the top from Express thats usually $40, but I got it for $15! How good am i?! lol
for JENNA---- a really adorable blue journal with a cool material covering it that makes it sort of cushy. lol and inside the front cover, theres a quote that talks about how when one good door closees in our lives, another good one opens, but sometimes we are too busy looking at the closed door to see the open one. I got this for 2 reasons. One is because i know she likes to write, but not a lot of people know that. and the other reason is because the quote really reminded me of her and I thought it would encourage her!
for ALISON---- I spent so much money one her birthday present for last week, so I just bought her a really cute brown belt with an adorable front buckle from Hollister.
for ELLIOTT (my brother)---- I just got him a card because he really insisted that i didnt buy him anything. So i bought him a card with these really cool artistic pictures on the front (hes a graphic artist) and inside i wrote about how much he means to me and that i'm so thankful to have him as a brother and to have him looking out for me like he does.
thats all that i bought for because like i said, i didnt have any money! i know i had $100 at Barnes and Noble, but really.. other than books, what can you buy there? lol
