Employed at last!
This entry is dedicated to Chris Hicks, because he demands me to journal. Also, because he writes away messages with my name in them and it makes me smile.
My Job. Is. Fantastic. I'm getting a pretty amazing paycheck, benefits, business cell phone - bill paid for, any mileage for business paid, my own business cards, and complete freedom to do my own thing. I get an all-expenses-paid business trip to Atlanta in 2 months for a marketing convention, which I am VERY excited about. I get to design all the advertising campaigns and make all the marketing decisions for the Toledo area. Eventually, I even get to hire an assistant. It's mainly a work from home position, so I get to put together a home office, all supplies paid for. I do a lot of networking, make a lot of phone calls, do a lot of traveling business-to-business and best of all...be super creative and very independent. It's still really surreal to me that this fantastic job fell right into my lap.
So that's the job. Tadaa! I think I'll go have a nap. Le moo.
