The answer?
So I think I finally figured out what I want. Yeah, it's nice to have someone to take care of you as much as you take care of them. It's nice to have someone send you flowers for no reason every now and again. It's nice to have someone say, "I love you," and mean it every time.
But really, this is what I've been missing:
I just want someone who will love me as passionately and wholeheartedly as I love them - with no fear of regrets or heartbreak.
I don't need to be with someone who's a hopeless romantic, who always pulls my chair out and opens car doors, nor someone who does everything for me. But to have someone who puts as much into things as I do simply because they want to make me as happy as I want to make them would be so fulfilling to me.
Don't these people realize what they're missing when they go through life with their eyes half closed so as to miss the horrifying sights? They're missing the pure beauty and wonder of life and love... I want someone who understands.
In other news, anyone want to donate to my fundraiser? I only need 1500 dollars... Then I'll feel better.
