Did that get your attention? Yes? Good. My name is Klavier Gavin, and I’m a little confused.
First of all, ach, what happened to this place? This isn't anything like the lively Manhattan I remember! Is this what happens to the life of the party once the show's over? Something...blows up, or attacks, or whatever it was? Not good. Not good at all.
How far New York has fallen in such a short time. And without any notice, either! Something this big would surely make national news at least under any normal circumstances.
...Of course, these aren't normal circumstances, are they? If they were normal circumstances, I would have been given a choice in whether or not I wanted to come here, ja? And yet, I didn't. I didn't even know about it ahead of time.
This is where the confusion comes in. Maybe there's someone reading this that can make it a little less weird? A pretty little songbird told me this was the way to get in touch with the crowd, and...well. I think everything's worth a try at this point. What say you, New York?
