THE GREAT AUDIOGRAPHY MIX TRADE III

RULES & MECHANICS:

1. To join, email the following to glendaplatypus [at] livejournal [dot] com on or before MARCH 20, Tuesday (GMT):
   
   • Your name
     
   • Your LJ username
     
   • Your mailing address
   DO NOT POST YOUR DETAILS HERE! JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. MODERATORS WILL ONLY GIVE YOUR ADDRESSES TO YOUR MIXERS AND NO ONE ELSE.
   
2. You will be assigned three different people as your mixees. You are to mail one mix to each of these three people (whether you want to send out the same mix or make a different mix for each mixee is entirely up to you). You will in turn receive three mixes but not necessarily from the same people you sent your mixes to.
   
3. audiography caters to folks all over the world so be sure you're ok with the possibility of mailing international.
   
4. I will post the final list of mixers and corresponding mixees on MARCH 21, Wednesday.
   
5. Like GAMT 2.0, I'll be making the mixer/mixee list available for everyone to see. A few people did not send out their CDs the last time so we're doing this to keep track of who's sending and who's not. Unless you want yourself blacklisted, SEND OUT YOUR MIXES ON TIME!
   
6. DO NOT BACK-OUT AFTER THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS HAS BEEN FINALIZED. The even distribution of mixers and mixees will be thrown off balance if you do and that would suck.
   
7. All CDs should contain at least 60 minutes worth of music.
   
8. Cover art, liner notes and track list would be an awesome bonus for your mixee (though not necessary).
   
9. All mix CDs should be mailed by APRIL 4 (that's 3 weeks from now). Again, please -- MIX AND MAIL ON OR BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
   
10. Matching will be done RANDOMLY -- literally picked out of a hat.
