One of these days I need to do a real post about me and my summer... but till then, I just got a sad email. My favorite venue for music is moving, and it sounds like they will not be doing live shows at the new location.
so... on Sept 21st, 2007, the Twinemen will be playing the final show at the original Hi-n-dry studio. I've seen then 3 times in the last month, and I still want more... so I'll be there.
the email they sent out to their mailing list:
A melancholy moment, to be sure. Hi-N-Dry will be leaving this very special place, this is our last live presentation. Twinemen usher us out. (The studio and label will be joining the folks at the Somerville Art Center- located at The Armory in Somerville!)
Donation=$30-includes dinner, soft drinks, art viewing, music, and a great hang.
