Music!!
So, while in search of bands to see in the Boston area (mainly local bands), I've assembled quite a list for the next month, and I'm sure I could find more if I kept looking.
I'll atleast be going to see Twinemem/Presidents and The Dresden Dolls. I may try to see Super Honey and the Ellis Paul shows too. Seeing Mathew Stubbs will depend a bit on rosepurr and thndrstd, as they will be visiting that weekend, and why I started to look for shows to see soon anyway.
- Ellis Paul,Jennifer Kimball, Christopher Williams, Vance Gilbert, and a few others will be playing at the Sanders Theatre on September 30 (8:00pm)
- Twinemen will be opening for Presidents of the USA at the Middle East (downstairs) on October 3rd (8:00pm)
- (via bouncingleaf) THE PERCEPTIONISTS / LYRICS BORN / Pigeon John will be at the Paradise Rock Club, October 6th (9:00pm)
- Jim's Big Ego is playing on October 7th at the Lizzard Lounge (till 1am?, thats a late show!)
- Mathew Stubbs Band (catness's band) is playing all over the place, but in particular they will be at the Dodge Street Grill in Salem on October 8th (9:30pm)
- Katrin is playing at The Java Room in Chelsford on October 14th
- Super Honey is playing on Boston Commons (pumpkin festival) on October 22nd
- Jamiroquai is playing on October 22nd at the Roxy.
- The Dresden Dolls will be playing Avalon on October 31st
- Utah Phillips will be at Club Passim on November 6th
