Okay okay! First tutorial in like... years. XD!

Anyways: Go from...

So, pic the picture that you would like to use, I chose this one:



(make sure that is has a similar feel to it, I guess. Or else the selective coloring might make it look a bit funky)

STEP 1:
Crop your image, rotate (if wanted), and sharpen it!
Heres what mine looks like after these steps:



STEP 2:
Selective colouring! Please follow these <3
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

Reds:
-100
+75
-23
+53

Yellows:
-24
0
0
0

Greens:
-35
0
+79
+42

Cyans:
+100
-42
+100
+47

Blues:
+100
-68
-86
+100

Whites:
0
0
0
-35

Neautrals:
+15
+5
+9
-15

Blacks:

STEP 3:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer

Output Channel: Red

Red: 100
Green: +15
Blue: 0

Constant: 0

Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

Input: 160
Output: 180

STEP 5:
okay, with this step, it could just be ignored... because it just darkens a corner for me a bit.
I took this texture:

Rotated it, and placed it in the corner and set the layer property to overly
Opacity: 100%

STEP 6:
Take this texture:

Lasso Tool: Feather 30 px
Lasso what you want then bamm: 
[[don't actually use that. it'll look funny, but the circle should look like dis ]]
Set the layer style to Screen.
Opacity: 100%

Step 7:
Add this texture:

Rotate it however you'd like, and set the layer mode to Screen.
Opacity 100%

Step 8:
Take this texture:

Set to screen
Opacity 61%
I put it near Shou's arm to add... iunno a flaming effect?
