That much closer to the big three-oh.

Does anyone else get a little philosophical? Not all the time. Life keeps us busy enough, I think most don't pay attention to how time is moving. Then it's the new year, or a birthday. And ... uh...

...

Well, I'm not too good at philosophy.

I bought myself a record. And cupcakes. With sprinkles. On sticksRead more... )

I do apologize for picking out the weirdest part of your network entry; I hope your birthday celebration goes well.

They were good. Bite-sized, actually.

There's no need to apologize for something like that. Cupcakes on sticks are pretty stand-out. Thanks, though,

I'm pretty sure there have been bigger things on sticks... but, with a cupcake that would get messy fast.

It must be the latter, I can't imagine they're that much more convenient.

...I would imagine most of the attendees are also good friends of yours.

I could count on one hand the number of times I've wished I could walk while eating my food.

Another time, perhaps.

But you can count them.

Sounds like a plan.

...I may have to rescind that comment.

Very well.

I'll allow it, but only this once.
