A Chickpea is Neither a Chick nor a Pea...
OK, so it took a while, but I finally made a batch of hummus according to jakari's recipe... I must say, without shame, that it OWNS the hummus I made while experimenting (though that one's tasty too)! And really the only difference was the cumin... who knew that cumin could have that kind of effect? Of course, I had to tweak it with more garlic due to my personal preference and salt due to the fact that I use bulk chickpeas... but yum! Thanks again to Jameel for the recipe!
