(no subject)
So what does one do when they have some killer dental pain and to add to the equation the period pain from hell? Answer: Crack open the bottle of whiskey and start chugging away! And may I just say it is fucking working a treat! Of course I am now feeling tiddly and pissing like a trooper, damn the breaking of the seal, oh how I long for the bladder capabilities of a male, and the attachments too then the world would well and truly be my urinal.
So that's enough about my bodily functions, onto what's been happening...
Had 2 weeks off work, which may I add couldn't have come at a better time, only wish I had more time, it went quicker than I thought it would :( I have now been back at work just over a week and it's like the time off never happened in a way, back to reality I guess?
I must say it was a rather busy 2 weeks, most of the time I spent it trying to keep myself busy while Darryn was away in LA. It was awesome to spend some quality time with friends etc and also getting some more driving lessons under my belt. Had a couple of doctors appointments and plans are under way in that department, now just gotta change some appointments now that I have a new roster, ergh what a pain in the ass!
To the people I spent time with on my break, thank you, thank you, thank you, was most appreciated and we all better do it all again sometime soon. Big hugs to you all :)
Went to some great concerts on my break, saw Placebo, which was the beginning of a huge weekend, and on that weekend saw Fear Factory, with Dry Kill Logic and Devil Driver as support acts. The end of my holidays was capped off by seeing Leaves' Eyes featuring Liv Kristine (ex Theatre Of Tragedy) on vocals and the members of Atrocity who also played that night. Fuck they were awesome, and my god does that woman have the voice of an angel. It was a supreme gig, and was topped off by meeting the band members after the gig, and getting some autographs,and better still getting a photo with Liv Kristine, and also Alexander Krull her husband and Atrocity vocalist and also member of Leaves' Eyes. Totally wicked people, so down to earth and friendly!
Did lotsa stuff really, went to the movies, went to the zoo, went out for dinner, went out for lunch, visited a friend in hospital etc etc all in all it was all good.
That's about it for now, could yabber on more, but can't be bothered :)
