so close to being done with undergrad....

so its been a few weeks since i've last written...not too much has happened...

got a letter from the College of Social Science telling me I was all set to graduate with my IDS degree with my summer enrollment and all of my requirements are done, and then at the very bottom, there was a PPS. telling me that in order to complete my second degree requirements i need 153 credits, well I was originally told that I only needed 150 to get a second degree, thats why I've busted my ass last summer and this to get an extra 26 credits under my belt, and now, instead of tomorrow being my very last day of undergrad, I have six more weeks...its an online class, so I can easily move home and hopefully do the class and do well in it while working, its definetly going to suck, not having a chance to fully adjust to the job until mid august right before classes begin at EMU, and being an advisor to Ahavah BBG really starts either...

I'm kind of worried that I might have taken on too much for the fall, between my new job, being an advisor for APO, and an advisor for Ahavah, I might not have any down time...which is ok, I mean compared to this past year, thats acutally a lot less than what I was doing, I just don't want my entrance into the "real world" to be as stressful as college life, then again, i feed off of stress, yea i have that breakdown every few weeks/months, but i actually work really well under pressure and stress, maybe thats why i cant help but procrastinate this summer, i have nothing else but classes right now and that all ends tomorrow...weird...

i'm actually really excited for this weekend! not for the moving part, but for the plans i might have.. i was babysitting last weekend for the Douville kids...they were a handful, but great! Anyways, I picked them up at Temple Shir Shalom because Wendi (the mom) was throwing her husband, Andre a surprise birthday party. So while Wendi was giving me all of the instructions/directions etc and rounding up the kids, this guy walks up to thank her for inviting her, and then proceeds to have a decent conversation with me. He graduated from EMU with both his bachelors and masters and was interested in the fact that I was starting a job at the Hillel. So needless to say he wanted to give me his email, and I was going to get it but then I had to chase after Zach while Wendi got Jake and some how we wrangled them into my car. So, I didn't get a chance to give him my number. But I was able to find him on a website (not giving the name for fear of being harassed) and I im'd him, not really knowing if it was the guy i had met. Well it turns out it was Adam, but I called him Matt (no idea where i got that from) and i felt like a total dumbass, but then we started talking and talked again Monday night, and he asked when I would be back in the Hills/WB area and I told him this weekend and he suggested that we hang out. I haven't really talked to him since Monday night, so I really hope he calls...he seems like a really great guy and I'd love to get to know him better....so here's to hoping....
