Still no phone, still no internet. God knows when they'll come out and replace the single stupid part that's broken. Maybe by the end of the week. Then they have the nerve to send me stuff saying I'm a valued customer, howabout signing up for this more expensive bundle of services... that they don't actually offer to anyone where I live.
