(The Fail Prize bears a strong resemblance in appearance, texture, weight and odor to what comes out of my dog's hind end after a extra tasty meal of liver and mineral oil. And or what the cat throws up.)

Anyway, so much for that huh? That's lame. I wonder if the public pushback will make them change their minds? I remember the religious right pushing a large company -- one of the car or alcohol companies, alcohol, I believe, to stop targeting the gay and lesbian community (you know how they have alcohol ads geared towards gays and lesbians in the local LGBT rag?)) At first they agreed, but the public outcry was so great that they reversed their position and kept advertising to LGBT.
Is there some organized protest? I'd like to add my two cents. I spend several hundred dollars a year there, every year; I'm an Amazon prime customer, so I do most of my online shopping there. Grr.
It does sound very targeted to gays and lesbians, and the timing seems suspicious.

And on a lighter note, it's good to be heard from... :D I've been drowning in reviving my local chapter of MeetIn (an international volunteer-run social group, the only cost is the cost of the actual event (i.e. movie tickets or dinner); it was dying out, and I didn't want that to happen.) And I've been investigating buying a house. And working on photo class.
I really want to catch up and start writing on my lunch hour but I don't see it happening before next month. I even have an idea for a John Farr novel, but I'm not sure if it will fly.
Anyway, must dash. Going to go sign the Amazon protest and then make dinner and hit the hay.
