Hee. New story. :)

::points to Water Grinds the Stone:: Still reading that, so I'll have to queue this. I have 75 pages left out of the original 430. I think this is the fastest I've read anything all year. Unfortunately, I may have to stop reading fanfic before I go to sleep, it seems to get my mind whirring on potential plotlines. So I'll soon go back to my usual glacial reading pace.

OTOH, I don't have to show up for work until 8 am on Monday so I may yet have time to finish it before the break. :)

Hope you had a good new year.

You too on the good 2009, okay? I've got to start on my unofficial resolution soon.

Thanks. :)

::scratches head:: Unofficial resolution?

Keep in mind that I am tired. I went to sleep at 2 this morning. And I was already sleep deprived.

On the other hand, I won 3rd place in our tiny, 6-person poker tournament and I barely knew the hands. LOL. :P

My unofficial resolution to write the original novel this year. I will work on a scene every day. And I did today. One 500 word prologue written.

Good on you for the poker tournament!

Right. Thought you might mean that, but then, I am so tired I might have been hallucinating.

Ooh. 500 word prologue, sounds good. :)

My target is to write the outline for the story that would not die in the next 3 months. Ridiculously long. But you know me. 150 minutes per week, which is 5 days at 30 minutes a day. Not much, I know. But I'm sorely, sorely out of practice. So I'm not trying to pull or torque anything. :)

Thanks for the good wishes.
