(no subject)
So my boss at camp tells me as I was leaving that I'm doing a great job and she is really impressed with me. That put me in an even better mood. I'm already jazzed about Jon coming up and then I get a major compliment from the big guy (or girl as it happens to be)!
Camp is going great. I'm loving everything except for the early ass wake up time of 6:45!!!! Tuesday we went to the science museum in Nashville. We had 99 kids per 10 counselors so we each got our own ten kids to take care of all day. In the afternoon we watched a show at the Planetarium which was so freakin boring I almost fell asleep. My kids asked me if I was and I lied and said I had to close my eyes because the stars were spinning around too fast and making me dizzy. Other than that boring part of the day, it was a blast. Friday we are off to the rec center to go swimming all day so I will be able to work on my tan. Ahhh...getting paid to swim and lay out!
My sister finally graduated from the Police Academy and I had to go to her graduation last night. At the graduation they said a prayer TWICE! I'm sorry but isn't that against the law? Whatever happened to separation of church and state?
