featured in the school paper
The essay that I wrote about my life in Korea has been featured in the school paper. I am not sure if I should be proud of it since it was so simple and I could see so many mistakes on it. I did not do my best because I was so busy during the time I was asked to write it and I did not know that if chosen, the essay would be published in the school paper. I was sure mine would not be chosen because it was so simple but it seems that they only need the essay which is easiest to read and mine fits that description. Anyway, it is not such a big deal but sometimes I wish I could have done better.
I also found out last week that it would not be possible for us to join the trip to Japan because so many students want to come. I knew this would be the case and I am a bit sad but I hope that next time we would be able to go.
