Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that tomorrow is the day. The day. The day that so many teenage girls across the globe will swoon (*thud*) over a single novel. Eclipse by a Stephenie Meyer. Pick it up. Whether you "run with vampires" or "howl at the moon", Meyer is sure not to disappoint.
I've fed and played with the puppies all day. The little one is feeling better, I think. He's playing with the big one and eating eagerly. Much improved, I must say. A funny fact? The only song that can put them to sleep: Send Me on My Way by Rusted Root. The song on Matilda? I think that has to be the funniest thing in the world.
Hm. School starts again on Wednesday. Ugh. Shoot me in the face. And I just found out (well, a few days ago, anyway) there supposedly are new, required socks all the girls have to wear. Last year, they had a lot of trouble with girls wearing too-short socks. The administration is in for a rude awakening if they think we girls are going to take this quietly. They look like granny socks! I cannot stand having socks be any longer than my ankle bone. I said the word "socks" a lot, didn't I? Socks socks socks!
I feel like dancing! Everyone join me in an impromptu dance-a-thon! I suggest the chorus of "Do You Know? (The Ping Pong Song)" by Enrique Iglesias, which is what I'm listening to.
