My day off...
So today is my day off. no more for like 5 more days. Ahhhhh nice right?? Wrong!!! Monday was my other day off and it was beautiful but lauren had pink eye so no pool time for me. Today she finally goes back to preschool and its fucking nasty out. So I cleaned my mom's house on my day off.
Went to take a bath in the big garden tub, no hot water. So I get out and decide to call her. She tells me to call Jeff. he has me and this is a direct quote "wiggle that wire going into the box until you see lights come on" and supposedly its fixed. I don't think it will be but whatever.
I scrubbed lauren and I's bathroom. Ever shared a bathroom with a potty training kid??? Its worse than with a man who can't hit the seat let me tell ya.
I scrubbed the guest bathroom and shower upstairs. I have really hairy relatives i've decided.
i scrubbed the guest bathroom downstairs. Once again, another of lauren's favorite pee spots and the sink she uses to wash her hands.
I dusted and wiped down all the mantle and fireplace and all the wood shelves in our living room. On a two step ladder I still couldn't reach the top.
Then I vacuumed the whole upstairs.
A whole two hours worth of cleaning for a whole 20 bucks. Gosh I'm poor. It doesn't even look like I've cleaned because I can't do the wood floors so long as its wet outside and if I clean up the living room it'll be destroyed with toys again by 7 pm.
Did I mention that the hot water isn't working so yeah I look and smell like shit at least until I get to go to my apt but apparently I got volunteered to help my mom's friend go get a new car. Im guessing I won't get to be driving the new one.
Can I just go back to sitting at customer service please??? Speaking of which I need to make an electronic more readable when copied resume to send a few places.
