It's a miracle, it's a mir.a.cle.

As a preteen, I really wanted this album:

But, instead Santa brought me this album:

... twenty years later, and I think I still feel stupidly cheated.

I sort of cheesily still want that dumb LP. I would never listen to it. Maybe I downloaded some of it when I was still into the LimeWire stuff? Mayhaps. My roommate has Rhapsody, so maybe I can snag some there, too ;) Stick it with my WHAM! on my mp3 player for when I'm working in the back!

hahahaha! Watching those I kept waiting for the bubbles to come up like on Pop-Up Video.

Is it just me or does young Debbie look a little like young Brittney Spears?

I never got the album either. I think I had to borrow the tape from my friend and play it over and over again. I did, however, have the Electric Youth perfume. Booyah!

P.S. this icon is just for you LOL!

Ha, on Vh1 Classic, they still play pop up video, but I can't watch it - I generally have that playing in the background as I WoW, and can't handle the "bloop? bloop? bloop?" that happens repeatedly and don't want to watch it, as it takes away from playing time, yo!

I miss Pop-Up video a lot because it used to make me guhfarph when I was bored and hiding in my room from my parents. But....now I don't even have VH1 so I can't even reminisce. I am afraid I shall have to come and steal your cable TV cable.

Ha, I think there were a couple of other ones here and there that I didn't think were awful. Hard to remember, though, as it was SO long ago (over 20 years omg) and it was shortly before I discovered INXS which led inadvertently to my love of metal.

In the Debbie Gibson v. Tiffany war, I was firmly on the Debbie Gibson side.
I think I still am.

I never got 'Electric Youth' either. But I had the perfume!
