So I got ANOTHER hair cut yesterday. No pictures to show yet, but I CAN say that it's short enough so that no matter how I move my head or how the wind blows, there is no way to get hair in my eyes. I CAN tell you that we're looking a bit shorter than the first time I chopped off all my hairs, which can be seen in the icon on this post. My hair ( Read more... )

I'll take your weather gladly! Our curent temperature is 25-26 degrees with a wind chill factor of 17.

I would almost rather have that weather! I hate anything more than about 65 degrees, which is funny as when I first moved here four years ago, it hit 70 degrees and I was outside in a makeshift parka, I was so cold after living in AZ for eight years!

You know, I've heard you say before you've done the ads and it always has me wondering, do you mean the ones that go in the paper or the ones ahhh... that go... somewhere. I only know the ones that go in the paper, and either way can you take a pick or to and point to it like "see right there, thats my doing!" I'd much appreciate it.

Oh, no, not the ones that go in the paper. Each Friday, I spend the majority of my shift printing out extra signage from our intraweb, making copies and extra signs for other things, taking the package of official signage from FedEx and organizing it all. Then on Saturday, I come in and finish preparing what I didn't finish on Friday, run around the store and remove all the signs that are expiring that week, and then put out all the new signs for the ad the following week. It's a giant giant job. It's funny because if I do it several weeks in a row and I have a rough week where I don't get it all done, I get hell from coworkers cuz I'm OMGSOSLOW, but when I'm off one week... It was refreshing to hear that three coworkers trying to do the same thing didn't even come CLOSE to what I could do in one shift, and it had to be finished the following week and was screwed up for DAYS ( ... )

Me, too! I'm sad that I'm no longer a part of them, but I will continue to help them progress and be a cheerleader.
