Oh beautiful, for spacious skies......
So, tomorrow..... I leave to come home for my big visit!!!! I am so excited. Time has been moving like a snail here recently. I am super happy to be coming home though, and its almost here. The impending 14 hour plane ride is not exactly thrilling me, especially since I get to do it all by myself. I do not, however, have to find a taxi to the airport and cart all of my luggage in and out of it by myself, Brad is going to drive all of us to the airport. Now, that sounds nice, and it is... it is WAY BEYOND NICE!!! He is actually going to be making 3 separate trips to the airport and back tomorrow. The aiport is about 30-45 minutes away and he will be making the trip for each of us. Chuck and Christine leave at 2ish to go back home... they fly through San Fransisco so they have an earlier flight than me. I leave at 5:30 and go through Chicago, and then there's Vicki and Cat... they leave at 8ish for Thailand!!! I am a little jealous, just cause everyone will get a chance to go there but me, but its not really that bad, cause I'm just really happy to go home. SO... this is what my trip is looking like so far:
Tomorrow (Saturday Jan. 28) I will leave Beijing at 5:30pm, fly into Chicago, and catch my connection to Buffalo. I arrive in Buffalo at 8:50pm (Saturday Jan. 28) *How cool is that?*
Momma will pick me up at the airport and I'll spend the next week at her house. While I'm there I know that I'll have to go to my sister's school to talk to a group that will be coming to China in April, my sister will actually be traveling with the group, and they'll be in Beijing for a few days, so I'll get to see her here!
Then, the next Sunday (Feb. 5th) which I think is Superbowl Sunday... Daddy will drive to Buffalo to pick me up from Mom's house. I will spend the next few days with him doing whatever. I'm pretty sure that sometime during this visit we'll make it to a casino to do a little father/daughter gambling/bonding.
On Friday (Feb. 10th) Daddy will drive me back to Buffalo to the airport, where I will leave at 10 am to go to Atlanta! I will arrive in the ATL airport at approximately 2:30 that afternoon, where my Erica will be waiting to pick me up!!!! YAY for Erica! We will then proceed to get food and head to AUBURN!!!!!!!! So... we should be in Auburn by about 5 or 6 ish Friday night. Then, I will go to Lindsey P's where I'll be spending the rest of my week. While I'm in Auburn-- there will be a party Saturday night at Lindsey P's, I'm trying to get Sandra to drive me to Foley for a day to see my Poppa, and her sister Amy and the new baby!! I'll also probably go to Lindsey P's school one day to talk to her kids, I have to do my taxes, fill out job applications, and will probably have to meet with some Auburn people about my job.
I AM SOOOO FREAKING EXCITED about coming home and seeing everyone! Not only do I get to see everyone, but there are new things I get to see too! Kellie's pregnant belly, Amy's new baby, Sandra's engagement (yes, I said ENGAGEMENT) ring... the list goes on and on.
