Holy crap. I just saw the lineup for the Virgin Mobile festival in Baltimore on August 9-10. I really, really want to go on Sunday. She & Him (I love Zooey Deschanel so freaking much, it's insane), Nine Inch Nails AND Bob Dylan? Fuck yes. I wish I could go, but it's the day after All Points West, which is in Jersey City, so it's really unlikely that I'd be able to make it to the Virgin Mobile festival, seeing as Jersey City is about an hour and a half away from my home, and Baltimore is about four hours away (five and a half from Jersey City). I don't think it'd be possible to make it. :\ I should just be grateful that I'm going to see Radiohead, Metric and the Kings of Leon at APW.
Also, I just gave my final presentation of the semester! It definitely went a LOT better than my last presentation, which I'll be lucky to get a C on. :\ Also, I think my paper (which I wrote today) was actually pretty awesome (it was on organic foods and how they relate to race, class and gender, seeing as it's my social issues class). I hope I get an amazing grade on it, because I missed one paper this semester. :x
ALSO also, I'm kind of pissed off because Mario Kart Wii was delivered today to my house and I have to wait until Thursday to play it. Boo. I freaking love Mario Kart (nerd, I know, hah). Speaking of my nerdiness, I finally figured out how to make custom layers to add pictures in the sidebar of my new layout, woot.
