So, I think I've about had it with Panasonic as a company. About a month ago, I ordered a cable I needed for my CD player to have satellite radio before I go on a road trip in a week now. A week goes by, and nothing, I e-mail them, and they said they had no knowledge of my transaction (which is funny b/c they sure as hell had knowledge of my account number and security code). A week later, my package came. It was the right part number on the outside, wrong part inside. I shipped it back the same day via Priority mail with tracking and insurance. Couple more weeks go by and I never get my package in the mail. I emailed them, and they still had no clue what I was talking about. I asked her if they wouldn't mind me going to my bank to have the transaction reversed, and she put me on hold...never picked back up. I'm going to do that tomorrow. Then today, after work, I get in my truck, start it up, and no music plays. The CD player says "CD E2" even when the discs aren't scratched. Yeah, my $300 CD player just stopped working one day...I don't think I will ever be buying Panasonic products in the future thanks to their crappy support and crappy products...done venting...
