Random (somewhat) amusing things I've wanted to mention but haven't gotten around to:

>> I love my internship. I haven't done anything too impressive or interesting so far, but I still love it. I get all kinds of neat things, like a real salary (I had no idea, I thought I just got credit!), a parking pass (when you work in Queen Anne, this is a big deal), my own desk and a fancy grammy.com e-mail address. Also, the people are awesome.
>> I'm no fair-weather fan, but I have to say that baseball is far less interesting when your team sucks ass. Can we give The Rangers their spot in the AL West back, please?
>> I bought Lord of the Rings: Return of the King on DVD. Go ahead, call me a nerd. That still doesn't change the fact that a) I think it's a damn good movie, and b) Viggo Mortensen is beautiful.
>> My mom bought tickets for her and I to see Don Henley! This excites me.
>> I found cinnabon popcorn. It comes with frosting. It's actually pretty good, but it's quite difficult to be able to eat a whole bag (or even half).
>> I tried my hand at t-shirt alteration for the first time on my t-shirt from the women's march in D.C., and I'm actually really happy with how it turned out. I want to try some more ways to alter shirts, but I don't know any more. Anyone want to get together and show me how? It would be fun, I promise!
