Canon Point: Post movie.
Canon Building: The house ( and lake, if possible ) that he lived at when he was alive and human.
History:
Wiki.
Personality: Every Guardian has a center. Something that motivates them to drive themselves to their full potential when it comes to protecting the children of the world. For Jack Frost, his center is "fun". When he makes it snow in towns where it closes down schools and gives the kids a snow day, that's fun. Him starting snowball fights and setting up insane ice ramps for wild sled rides, that's also fun. Oh, and when he can make children laugh and distract them with games so that the nightmares can't touch them? That's fun too.
Unlike his fellow guardians, Jack prefers to take things at his own pace, instead of being suffocated by rules and deadlines. His top priority has been and will always be the children. But at the same time, he just likes to do things his own way. They just happen to be a little different from how the others would go about doing it.
A prankster and joker at heart, no one is safe from Jack's sense of humor. He's been known to play tricks on children, adults, and even, on an occasion, a fellow guardian. Of course all that he does is in good fun. Sure there may the odd lost tooth or bump on the head every now and again. That's what it means to grow up after all. But rarely has he ever shown ill will to another. That is, as long as they don't dare to threaten a child. Then they may want to watch where they're walking.
Curiosity is another driving force to his character too. It's another connection he shares with children. And while it has gotten him into trouble multiple times it has yet to stop him from finding answers that he seeks. It helped him to find his memories and discover just what it is that was center. There's also the fact that he has tried numerous times to sneak into North's workshop, only to find himself stopped by the Yeti (Phil in particular).
He does his best to hide his own emotions though. Most of the time when he feels lost or alone, he'll hide it with a smile and a laugh. He'd rather focus on the children than let himself be dragged down by whatever it is that he's feeling. The only ones who have ever seen past this facade have been the other guardians. Because Jack had been alone for over three hundred years, it's still taking him a little time adjusting to the fact that not only can he be seen by kids, but also the notion that he has allies. Friends. It's something new for him but it is the last thing he will ever complain about.
Powers/Abilities: Jack has control over the winter elements of snow and ice, ranging from creating impressive snow storms that result in snow days for children to making the perfect snowball or make patches of ice appear under one's feet to make them slip. He can even make it snow indoors if he wanted to.
Another one of his abilities that he has is that he can make ice and frost appear to come to life to bring a smile to a child's face. One example of this is when he drew a rabbit in the frost he had made on the window before taking it into his hands. The bunny took on a life of it's own and started hopping around the room in the air. His powers work their best against the darkness too. Shadows can be frozen, darkness can be halted, and the laughter he brings to the children helps to shy away the nightmares.
He also has the ability to command the wind which helps him to travel long distances such as country to country. Add in the fact that he can fly and he's a pretty capable guardian of fun and happiness.

Sitting on top of the Station building within the city that he would soon learn to be called Mandalus, the young man had his legs crossed, his staff resting across his lap, and his hood pulled up over his head. Eyes of blue were watching the people come and go down on the streets. Against his cheek he felt caress of a breeze. It was a sharp, bitter sting but he didn’t seem to notice. Not one little bit.
Winter winds were no different here than they were back home. The snow was just as white as always; the ice as slippery as it should be. The city may be new but the elements of winter were the same as always. And they could be controlled by him like always.
Pulling a hand from the front pocket of his sweatshirt, pale fingers unfurling from the loosely formed fist his hand was in. Holding his hand up the young man brought his hand close to his face. Blowing a small breath of air into his open palm, a smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he watched a ball of snow take form. Smoothing and rounding it carefully between his hands he surveyed the walking people below.
Tossing the snow ball into the air once, then twice, a big grin formed on his face before he tossed it down and watched as it knocked the hat off a man with absolute precision. And of course, his chuckle went unheard as the surprised gentlemen groped the air above his head before frantically searching for his missing bowler.
"Mommy, mommy, look! There's a man on that roof!"
Jack's eyes went wide as his mood abruptly changed. At once his gaze shifted from the man to the source of the voice. It was a little girl, no more than five, bundled up in her winter things with one gloved hand tugging on her mother's sleeve while the other was pointing at him. There was no doubt about it: the girl could see him. Her mother, on the other hand, looked to where her child was pointing at. She seemed to look right through him because she shook her head with a sigh before urging her daughter to follow her.
"Come along, dear."
"But mommy--!"
"We're going to be late meeting up with your father."
By that point Jack had slid down to the edge of the roof, his staff still in hand. With eyes still wide he watched as the girl reluctantly let her mother pull her along. But not before she turned her bright smile back to Jack while she waved her free arm frantically at him. With a grin and a laugh, he waved back to her.
"Well I'll be," he said softly to himself, now standing on his feet as he leaned against his staff.
