[ What do you get when you put a group teenage tennis players in the same hotel room... with only one bed in it? Complete and utter chaos, that's what. But Akaya, for all his complaining about being shoved under the bed and being threatened with duct tape, is secretly okay with it because he is unbelievably happy that all his teammates have come ( Read more... )

That sounds crowded. [Pause.] There are other people here from your home, Akaya?

[Not Akaya, but...] We'll all manage to fit in somehow. And yes, we're all from the same world. Are you a friend of Akaya's?

We've talked before. [A stranger; interesting.] No one here is from my world. It must be nice to share this place with people you know.

It is, it's very comforting to know that I have friends here.

But you never know, someone from your world might arrive eventually.

You're making new friends, too. I don't think everyone would fit in there with you though. [Considering.:] Maybe. I don't know. I can't think of anyone who would like it here.

No, probably not. We're all going to have to get even more friendly. [A laugh.] Do you like it here?

Kind of. The Pokemon are interesting, but I don't like having to walk everywhere. How about you? Do you like it here?

The walking can be tiring, though you can teach some of them to fly if you have the right item.

I don't hate it here, but it can be awfully strange sometimes.

You need a badge and an item? I don't understand, I thought birds already knew how to fly.

Hm, it is. Pokemon are neat but they don't make much sense; where I'm from, dogs can't breathe fire.

It seems they can't carry you unless they're taught to. I don't entirely understand it myself.

And there are no fire-breathing dogs where I'm from, either. Or electric rats, or dragons.

It doesn't make logical sense, but I guess that's just what this place is like. There are dragons? Do they fly too?

Some of them do. You haven't seen any of them yet?

No. I'm on my way to Violet. Should there be any here?

I don't think so, but I have to admit I don't know all about the Pokemon around here. I'm sure you can find someone who does, though.

I've just seen a lot of Pidgey. The Pokedex might know. Do you have a dragon?

Pidgey really do seem to be everywhere. I have a dragon Pokemon, yes - it's a Dragonair. It's very pretty.
