Tonight begins the very very lately started...RED SAUCE PROCESS

As in:
We will
OBTAIN 30 POUNDS TOMATOES
We will
BLANCH THOSE TOMATOES
(IN THE GIANT BUCKET)
We will proceed to
CHOP ALL THE TOMATOES
and chop
and chop
and chop
and then chop some more
We will
STORE THE TOMATOES, OVERNIGHT
in
BOWLS
in the
FRIDGE

The real business of converting all the tomatoes to sauce and all the sauce to jars of sauce will happen tomorrow, but the WORK BEGINS TONIGHT
