And so tomorrow, I will GRADUATE from Downey High School as a CSF Sealbearer. I'm thrilled, but sad at the same time... since my high school days are officially over and done with. No longer will I be labeled as a "high schooler," but I will be now labeled as an ADULT...on my own, dealing with the reality of life.
As I look back over these past 4 years, there will be some things I will miss such as...
-ASB -Marching Band (Leading the Band in Parades and Conducting Pep Songs as the 03-04 Drum Major) -Teachers....and last but not least... my underclassmen homies and Senior Friends. I will miss you all!! It's been great getting to know each and everyone of you. Make sure to keep in touch.
And on the other hand, there are some things that I just won't miss at all...
-The Drama -AP/Honors Classes -Seagulls -Ghetto "Hooligans" -the list goes on and on... (but I have writers block..same as above)
Well, I'm going to be ballin' tomorrow before and after the commencement ceremony. I'm sad about leaving high school forever, but this is only the beginning... the start of a brand new chapter in my life...
Excited? Yes. Apprehensive? Definitely.
