(no subject)
So after my trip to the ER my mom got me a doctor's appointment to see what we can do for my headaches. I just got back a little bit ago, and I'm so happy with this new doctor. Since it was my first time going to her, she just talked to me about my medical history, and my allergies came up. We just wanted to know if she gave the shot that I get for them. She said that she doesn't like to do it because it causes bone thinning. Umm...I don't like getting it either, then! My old doctors SUCKED, and they never told me that. All they told me was it could cause my skin to dimple wherever they gave it to me. So pretty sure I'm not getting that anymore. Then she told me the proper way to use nasal spray that should help my allergies, and they never told me that either. It just annoys me that they took such a nonchalant approach to their job. I'm SO glad I have this new doctor, I feel really comfortable with her. So then we talked about my head, she explained why I got them and all about which nerves cause pain where, and she gave me like six samples of pills like imitrex, relpax...and other medicines with x's...haha. So basically I'm just supposed to try them as I get sick, and stick with whatever works. So...thank god. haha. OH! And other random exciting news...I weigh 7 pounds less that I thought I did! Woo hoo! haha okay I'm done, off to work.
