stupid stomach and it's stupid upset-ness

can't sleep
just threw up
not sure why, i was fine all day then around 9pm i got hit with nausea which hasn't gone away since
i feel disgusting
i know it's 1:30, but i think i'm going to take a shower
and brush my teeth
definitely brush my teeth
