Happy Meme, Day 4
Seeing my nephew makes me happy. We had guests for a small-ish lunch and my brother brought the baby over. Actually, Jacob is now 2, not so very much a baby anymore! When he came in, my brother, who was carrying him, set him down. Jacob saw a bunch of people, saw me, his face lit up, and he came over to say hi and give me a hug. :D Later, after the guests left, he and my brother were reviewing youtube for tracks he could download for Rock Band (my nephew loves it!) and he would plead me to sing along with the song (for the most part, when we do family Rock Band, I do the vocals). So.freakin.cute!! He truly makes me happy just by being alive in the world.

EDIT: OK, something new that has me totally cracking up. I am Jacob's godmother, as well as his aunt, so one of the names I have him call me is "Tita Ninang", which translates to "Aunt Godmother". Today, my brother corrected him to say Tita Ninang instead of just my name. And Jacob comes out with "Tita Ning-nang". LOL. Maybe it's funnier if one is Filipino? But that cracked me the hell up.
